Alberto Saavedra participates in the Conference: “The European Class Actions Forum 2025”

Alberto Saavedra, a partner in the European and Competition Law department at SÉRVULO, will be one of the speakers at the upcoming “European Class Actions Forum 2025”. Alberto Saavedra will take part in the panel focused on identifying new opportunities for EU class action litigation, where key topics such as the transposing cases from other jurisdictions to Europe,  the upcoming legislation with potential for group litigation and the escalating value of class action claims will be discussed. 

This conference will bring together leading experts from various jurisdictions and aims to provide a practical and up-to-date perspective on the main challenges and opportunities related to class actions in the EU.

The event will take place on 11–12 June in Amsterdam, and is organised by ThoughtLeaders4 Disputes.
