SÉRVULO assesses transactions from a merger law perspective and advises clients on whether there exists or not a concentration or a notifiable concentration, and whenever relevant, submitting it to or negotiating with the relevant competition authorities, namely the Portuguese Competition Authority or the European Commission. SÉRVULO has gained considerable experience advising on concentration matters related to M&A deals, conducting evaluations, and representing the notifying party, the acquired company, interested third parties or even companies denouncing gun jumping practices.
