Católica debates revision of Public Contracts Code

A public session on the revision of the Public Contracts Code - namely on the procedural changes and on the substantive system of contracts - takes place on Friday September 30 at the Lisbon School of the Catholic University of Portugal. The debate is divided into three roundtables and will involve a number of important guests, with the first session being chaired by SÉRVULO associate Pedro Fernández Sánchez, and the second by partner João Amaral e Almeida, both having authored the Commentaries on the Preliminary Draft of the Revision of the Public Contracts Code (Comentários ao Anteprojeto de Revisão do Código dos Contratos Públicos), an e-book published by SÉRVULO which can be read here (in Portuguese).
