Competition Law under evaluation

Miguel Gorjão-Henriques, partner at SÉRVULO and president of the Competition Commission of ICC – Portugal, is part of the working group set up by the Ministry for Economy and Employment in order to evaluate the draft for the new competition law.

The bill was held to public consultation until December 5, 2011, on the webpage of the Ministry for Economy and Employment of the XIX Constitutional Government.
