Conference on "Gender diversity and good corporate management”

The first seminar organized by SÉRVULO’s Employment department took place yesterday in the law firm’s offices. The event focused on gender equality in the workplace through the theme of “Gender diversity and good corporate management”. Speakers included Teresa Morais, Secretary of State for Parliamentary Affairs and Equality, Conceição Zagalo, President of the General Assembly of GRACE, representing IBM, and António Ramalho, President of IP - Infraestruturas de Portugal, as well as SÉRVULO’s own Paulo Câmara, managing partner of the firm and specialist in corporate management matters, and Magda Sousa Gomes and Rita Canas da Silva, associates of the firm’s Employment department.

More than 30 companies were represented at this event through their respective Managers, Legal Counsel and HR Managers, companies that came from the most varied sectors, both public and private, and including banking, telecoms, food distribution, recruitment and consulting, amongst others.
