Copyright on Anne Frank's Diary might not end in 2016

SÉRVULO IN THE PRESS 10 Dec 2015 in Público

The Portuguese daily newspaper Público published a news piece on the work done by SÉRVULO Of Counsel Patrícia Akester, who drafted a legal opinion that concluded that the Anne Frank Foundation should be able to hold copyright on The Diary of Anne Frank until 2050, given that Anne Frank’s father, Otto, should be considered co-author of the book, and he died in 1980.
