"Diary of Anne Frank" in public domain only in 2050

SÉRVULO IN THE PRESS 28 Dec 2015 in Expresso

The Portuguese weekly newspaper Expresso has published an article that includes mention of the legal opinion that SÉRVULO Of Counsel Patrícia Akester wrote for the Anne Frank Foundation, which advises that the latter should be able to hold copyright of "The Diary of Anne Frank" until 2050, this because Anne's father, Otto, who died in 1980, can be considered to be one of the book's co-authors.
