ELSA Nova Lisboa organises Competition Law course

ELSA Nova Lisboa is going to run a Competition Law course, with Professor Lúcio Tomé Feteira as its scientific coordinator, on 18, 20, 25 and 27 March.

The course will focus on such topics as the notion of a company in competition law, the abuse of a dominant position (Article 102 TFEU) and state subsidies.

The teaching staff consists of Professors Miguel Moura Silva (FDUL), Paulo Gonçalves (AdC / Nova Direito), and Ricardo Pedro (Nova Direito), and lawyers Sara Estima Martins (PLMJ), Maria Rosado Fonseca (DLA Piper), Joaquim Viera Peres (Morais Leitão), Ricardo Bordalo Junqueiro (VdA) and Miguel Gorjão-Henriques (SÉRVULO).
