Eduardo Gonçalves Rodrigues participates in “Regime Jurídico da Urbanização e da Edificação” Conference

On 17th June, Eduardo Gonçalves Rodrigues, partner at SÉRVULO in the Real Estate, Tourism and Uban Planning department, will be a speaker at the “Regime Jurídico da Urbanização e Edificação – As alterações de 2026” Conference, which will take place in Santarém, at Convento de S. Francisco.
Eduardo Gonçalves Rodrigues will join the panel addressing the latest amendments to the RJUE, speaking at 3:40 pm about “Provision/assignment for public housing, controlled-cost schemes or affordable rental”, where he will discuss the key legal mechanisms supporting the development of affordable housing.
The conference organized by ATAM (Associação dos Trabalhadores da Administração Local), scientifically coordinated by Fernanda Paula Oliveira, brings together experts from the legal and urban planning sectors to analyse the key challenges and impacts of the amendments to the framework in the current context.
