Henrique Rodrigues da Silva moderates panel on “Consensus in Administrative Law: A Portuguese-Brazilian Perspective”

Henrique Rodrigues da Silva, partner at SÉRVULO in the Public Law department, took part in the conference “Consensus in Administrative Law: A Portuguese-Brazilian Perspective”, held on 22 October at the Casa da América Latina Auditorium.

As part of the conference, Henrique Rodrigues da Silva moderated the first panel, dedicated to “The role of consensus: foundations and evolution of consensus in administrative law”, which featured contributions from Ana Celeste Carvalho, Ana Luísa Guimarães, Egon Bockmann Moreira and Vera Eiró.

The event provided an opportunity to reflect, from a Portuguese-Brazilian perspective, on consensus in Administrative Law, addressing its foundations and evolution, as well as practical instruments and experiences.
