João Amaral and Pedro Sánchez attend seminar on health procurement

João Amaral e Almeida and Pedro Fernández Sánchez were guest speakers on the third annual seminar on procurement in the public sector (III Seminário de Compras Públicas na Saúde) organised by the Shared Services of the Health Ministry (SPMS – Serviço Partilhados do Ministério da Saúde), and which took place at the Nova University of Lisbon. Both lawyers took part in the panel on the Transposition in Portugal of the New Directives on Public Contracts.
