José Duarte Coimbra analyses Low-Emission Zones in conference on Environment and the City

José Duarte Coimbra, Trainee Lawyer in SÉRVULO’s Public Law department, will take part in the conference on the Environment and the City organised by the Institute of Political Legal Sciences (ICJP - Instituto de Ciências Jurídico-Políticas) and by the Lisbon Centre for Research in Public Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, and which takes place on November 17, 2015. He will present a paper on atmospheric pollution in an urban context and especially in low-emission zones.
