Labour Law in Civil Service

NEWS AND EVENTS 13 Nov 2019

The Continuing Training Session on Labour Law in Public Functions, organised by the Center for Judicial Studies, will take place on 15 November. This initiative aims to encourage analysis and debate of the issues faced by administrative courts, regarding the legal framework established by Ordinance No. 125-A / 2019, of 30 April.

Hong Cheng Leong, a lawyer in SÉRVULO’s department of Public Law and Invited Assistant at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, will chair the session on “The Litigation of Mass Proceedings”.
