Manuel Alexandre Henriques participates as speaker in session on the revision of the RJUE

Manuel Alexandre Henriques, partner in SÉRVULO's Real Estate, Tourism and Urban Planning department, will deliver a training course on 14 and 15 September 2026 dedicated to the revision of the Legal Framework for Urban Development and Building (RJUE), recently amended by Decree-Law No. 108/2026 of 29 May.

The training programme will provide a detailed and highly practical analysis of the changes introduced by the new legislation, covering topics ranging from the scope of prior municipal control and the reduction of licensing deadlines to the new framework for external consultations. The course aims to equip participants with the knowledge required to apply the new legal framework effectively and with confidence when it enters into force on 1 October 2026.

Organised by B-LAW, the training session will be held online.
