Manuel Alexandre Henriques to Lead Training Session on the Revision of the RJUE

Manuel Alexandre Henriques, Partner at SÉRVULO and member of the Real Estate, Tourism and Urban Planning department, will participate as a trainer on 23 July 2026 in a session organised by Vida Económica Business School, dedicated to the revision of the Legal Framework for Urban Development and Construction (Regime Jurídico da Urbanização e Edificação – RJUE), recently amended by Decree-Law No. 108/2026 of 29 May.

The training session will address the main changes introduced by the new legislation, focusing on key aspects such as definitions, procedures and the regime applicable to invalid acts, providing a practical and up-to-date overview of the new legal framework. The amendments to the RJUE will enter into force on 3 August 2026.

Organised by Vida Económica Business School, the session will take place online.
