Manuel Henriques delivers training session on the revision of the Legal Framework for Urbanisation and Construction

Manuel Henriques will be a trainer in a session dedicated to the revision of the Legal Framework for Urbanisation and Construction, approved at the Council of Ministers meeting of 26 March 2026, pursuant to the legislative authorisation granted by Law no. 9-B/2026, of 6 March.

The training will take place on 19 and 20 May and will be delivered by Manuel Henriques, a partner in SÉRVULO’s Real Estate, Tourism and Urban Planning department. The session will focus on the main changes to the framework, particularly regarding definitions, procedures and invalidities.

Organised by B-LAW and delivered online, the training is open for registration.
