Miguel Gorjão-Henriques participates in the Luso-Brazilian Meeting: Challenges of Corporate Governance in Public Enterprises

On 17 and 18 July, the Luso-Brazilian Meeting: Challenges of Corporate Governance in Public Enterprises will be held at the University of Coimbra’s Faculty of Law. Miguel Gorjão-Henriques, a European Law and Competition Department partner at SÉRVULO, will chair the third panel session on the topic of Public Company, Public Procurement and Competition entitled 'State aid and public companies in the case law of the CJUE'.

The meeting is organised by the Coimbra Association of European Studies and is sponsored by Instituto Banco, Bolsa e Seguros, the University of Coimbra’s Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Law at the Mackenzie Presbyterian University of São Paulo.
