On 17, 18 and 19 September, a conference dedicated to the major issues shaping Sports Law will be held at Lusófona University in Lisbon, organised by CNED – National Centre for Sports Law Studies, in partnership with AADUL – Academic Association of Lusófona University.
On the second day of the event, Miguel Santos Almeida, partner at SÉRVULO and arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport, will be a speaker on the panel dedicated to Dispute Resolution in Sport, where he will address the legal challenges involving clubs, athletes and organisations, as well as the mechanisms of sports justice and specialised arbitration.
The conference brings together experts recognised for their academic and professional experience, providing three days of reflection, debate and networking for all those who wish to understand the challenges and opportunities of the sports sector.
