Rita Lufinha Borges is the new partner at SÉRVULO

With 20 years of experience, Rita Lufinha Borges has developed her career in the areas of real estate and tourism, both in the Portuguese market and in international markets. She has now joined Sérvulo & Associados as a Partner in the Real Estate, Tourism and Urban Planning department.

According to Manuel Magalhães, Managing Partner and head of the Real Estate, Tourism and Urban Planning department at Sérvulo & Associados, the hiring of Rita Lufinha Borges is the recognition of the legal solidity of her career. Her integration into SÉRVULO will strengthen the transactional skills of the department, both nationally and internationally, with a particular focus on Portuguese-speaking countries, and thus contribute to the continuation of the frankly positive growth that the firm has experienced in recent years.

The lawyer focuses her practice on real estate and tourism law and, over the years, has participated in numerous complex real estate transactions, investment and development projects in the national and international real estate sector. Vice-President of the  Dutch Portuguese Chamber of Commerce, Rita Lufinha Borges moves from Miranda, where she headed the real estate department. She has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Lisbon and two postgraduate degrees, one in Corporate Legal Advice from the Instituto Superior de Gestão and the other in Telecommunications Law from the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences of the University of Lisbon.
