Rui Medeiros publishes article in Expresso

Rui Medeiros, partner of SÉRVULO’s Public Law and Litigation and Arbitration department, and Jorge Pereira da Silva, both lecturers of the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal, published an article in the newspaper Expresso on the new book by the Portuguese constitutionalist Jorge Miranda, “Da Revolução à Constituição – Memórias da Assembleia Constituinte” (“From the Revolution to the Constitution – Memories of the Constituent Assembly”), which is launched on February 24.
