SÉRVULO Advises Sporting Clube de Portugal on the Acquisition of Holmes Place Alvalade

SÉRVULO advised Sporting Clube de Portugal on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of City Erev from Explorer A, Sàrl, the company that owns the autonomous unit corresponding to the health club at the Alvalade Sports Complex, currently operated under the Holmes Place brand.

The transaction forms part of Sporting Clube de Portugal’s “Cidade Sporting” strategy, launched in 2025, which aims to revitalise the José Alvalade Stadium and its surrounding area, transforming it into a modern destination dedicated to sport, wellbeing and lifestyle.

The SÉRVULO team advising on the transaction was led by partner Alexandra M. Martins and also included senior associate Pedro Zincke dos Reis and associate Matilde Gonçalves Neto, from the firm’s Corporate/M&A department.
