At SÉRVULO since 2026, Alexandra M. Martins is a partner in the Commercial, Corporate and M&A department. She concluded an LL.M. in International Business Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa in 2010. Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra in 2007. Before joining SÉRVULO, Alexandra M. Martins was a Partner at the law firm Cuatrecasas from 2023. She began her professional career at Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins & Associados, where she practised as a lawyer since 2007 and was promoted to Partner in 2022. She joined the Bar Association in 2010.

With over 15 years’ experience, Alexandra M. Martins advises national and international clients on commercial and corporate law matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and related transactions.
Conducting and coordinating legal due diligence processes, negotiating and structuring shareholder relationships, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, the establishment of joint ventures and the development of investment partnerships.
Advising on investment and divestment transactions, as well as in providing strategic counsel to corporate groups in relation to corporate restructuring processes and corporate governance matters.
Extensive experience across a broad range of industries, with a particular recent focus on infrastructure, healthcare and life sciences, and agribusiness.
Ongoing legal support to national and international clients on day-to-day commercial and corporate matters, including corporate governance, commercial contracting, and general business operations.
