SÉRVULO advises Banco de Portugal on the signing of a contract for the acquisition to Fidelidade of a building to be constructed in Entrecampos

SÉRVULO advised Banco de Portugal in the execution of the promissory sale and purchase agreement with a view to acquiring, from Fidelidade Property Europe, a building to be constructed in Entrecampos, on the former grounds of the Feira Popular, in Lisbon.

This transaction involved a multidisciplinary team, led by Partner and Managing Partner, Manuel Magalhães, head of the Real Estate, Tourism and Urban Planning department, and by Partners in the same area Sofia Thibaut Trocado and Eduardo Gonçalves Rodrigues, who provided full legal advice in the due diligence, and in the negotiation and formalization of the promissory sale and purchase agreement of the building, which will have a gross construction area of approximately 32 thousand square meters.

This team also included the Real Estate, Tourism and Urban Planning department – with associate Pedro João Domingos; the Tax department – with Partner Teresa Pala Schwalbach and associate Lénia Carolina Sousa – and Solicitor Luís Monteiro Romão.
