SÉRVULO hosts conference on the longevity of companies and individuals
NEWS AND EVENTS 19 Feb 2026
SÉRVULO will host the conference “Longevity of Companies and Individuals” on 17 March, from 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm, at the Pousada de Lisboa. The event will be dedicated to reflecting on the challenges and opportunities that increasing longevity poses to corporate management and individual planning, in a context of profound demographic, economic and social change.
The steady rise in life expectancy, the ageing of the active workforce and the extension of professional careers call for new approaches to organisational sustainability and long?term planning. Against this backdrop, the conference will provide an integrated analysis of longevity planning as a strategic driver of continuity, responsibility and long?term value creation.
Throughout the session, SÉRVULO professionals and invited speakers will address, in a clear and practical manner, the labour, tax, financial, corporate and real estate implications associated with longevity, from both a corporate and an individual perspective. The programme includes two thematic panels — focusing on longevity planning for organisations and for individuals — as well as keynote addresses by invited experts.
More than addressing immediate challenges, the conference aims to promote a forward?looking and structured perspective, positioning longevity as a central element of strategic decision?making, talent management and the design of sustainable solutions in the medium and long term.
The conference will take place in person, with limited capacity.
Registration may be completed here and is subject to confirmation. Due to venue capacity constraints, priority will be given to SÉRVULO clients.
