At the last General Meeting, Sérvulo & Associados decided to promote, in its areas of expertise, its principal associates, Ana Luisa Guimarães, in Public Law, Verónica Fernández, in Financial Law & Governance and João Carmona Dias, in Litigation. Always focused on the evolution of the career of lawyers based on merit, SÉRVULO thus recognises the path of excellence pursued by these three lawyers over the course of sixteen years of accumulated experience.

Paulo Câmara, Managing Partner of SÉRVULO, emphasises the importance of this promotion in a period in which the Company has had a strong annual growth, above double-digit turnover. "We are very pleased with this new generation of partners, who have affirmed themselves as references in their areas of expertise and from now on undertake an even more relevant role in the growth of the Firm", he concludes.

Ana Luisa Guimarães has joined SÉRVULO in 2008. He acquired extensive experience in set up, merger, acquisition or restructuring of companies.
