SÉRVULO was invited to participate in the "FinTech 2019 Guide" edited by Chambers, through the preparation of the chapter on Portugal.

The contribution made by SÉRVULO in the "Chambers FinTech 2019 Guide" aims to explain the reality of the Portuguese legal system regarding diferent aspects related to FinTech. It has the intention of reflecting on the existing panorama regarding the implementation of financial technologies in Portugal, based on its latest developments and advances, as well as the inherent legal challenges.

The article was written by SÉRVULO's FinTech team, which includes Paulo Câmara, Francisco Mendes Correia, Francisco Boavida Salavessa, Miguel Santos Almeida, Inês Palma Ramalho and Guilherme Ribeiro Martins.
