Sérvulo reinforces Real Estate and Urbanism

Eduardo Gonçalves Rodrigues is SÉRVULO's newly hired lawyer in Real Estate and Urbanism. He holds a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Lisbon in 2003, and has a degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture of the Technical University of Lisbon since 2000. He is a member of Ad Urbem - Association for the Development of Urbanism Law and Construction, the Association of Portuguese Urbanists and the College of Urbanistic Architects of the Order of Architects. Eduardo Gonçalves Rodrigues is also a lecturer in the Training Course for Expert Evaluators of the Center for Judicial Studies and regularly participates in conferences and training as a speaker in his areas of specialisation. He was the coordinator of the Urban Planning Department of Worx - Real Estate Consultants between 2016 and 2017 and practiced law at the Department of Real Estate and Urbanism of Garrigues Portugal between 2007 and 2016.
In the course of his career, Eduardo Gonçalves Rodrigues has accumulated experience, above all, in legal advice to public and private entities, namely, in procedures for drawing up or reviewing planning instruments, delimiting execution units, performing allotment and negotiation of urban contracts (planning contracts and urbanization contracts); in the follow-up of urban, tourist, commercial and industrial licensing procedures; in legal assistance to offices of architecture and urbanism; in real estate transactions, including audits of real estate assets, collaboration in evaluations, structuring of sales processes and negotiations on urban rehabilitation and new construction projects. In addition, he has experience in collaborating in the setting up of real estate and tourism investment projects, the structuring of tourist exploitation and horizontal property models, as well as legal advice to real estate investment companies and their management companies.
