Sérvulo seminar analyses the Labour Code revision

On June 18 the third edition of the SÉRVULO Seminar on the revision of the Labour Code takes place. The event is an initiative of partner Pedro Furtado Martins, and it aims to cover not only the general framework of the implications of the agreement between Portugal and the “Troika” (IMF, ECB, EU), but also the following themes: organization of working time, short-term contracts including the new rules on renewal and compensation, public holidays and annual leave and the termination of the employment contract.
