Sofia Carreiro, partner of SÉRVULO's Corporate, Commercial and M&A department, participated in the Thought Leaders Roundtable on Corporate M&A, promoted by Leaders League.
The session brought together experts in M&A, who debated issues such as market trends, the flow of negotiations in a pandemic scenario, the consequences of political instability and the impact of the non-approval of the State Budget for 2022, the investment in the technology sector and the resumption of foreign investment in Portugal, has Sofia Carreiro mention that “Foreign buyers have always been a source of strength for Portuguese M&A. […] Portugal’s sovereign investment grade rating supports the capital investment of major foreign investors."
