The first morning panel included Rui Moreira, Adolfo Mesquita Nunes, Afonso Silva and Paula Bordalo Faustino, with our founding partner, José Manuel Sérvulo Correia, in the chair. The second panel, on Concessions and PPPs, comprised Vasco Antunes Pereira, Rui Manteigas and Ricardo Reis and was chaired by Mark Kirkby.
