Ana Rafaela Balas
At SÉRVULO since 2025, Ana Rafaela Balas is an associate in the Commercial, Corporate and M&A department. She attended the Postgraduate Course in Business Law at the Institute of Business and Labour Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra in 2022, where she also completed her Master in Legal and Forensic Sciences in 2017 and her Graduation in Law in 2015. Ana Rafaela Balas was a lawyer in the Corporate & Governance department of the law firm «Gouveia Pereira, Costa Freitas & Associados» between 2023 and 2025, and in the law firm «Carlos Olavo & Associados» in the area of Commercial and Corporate Law between 2019 and 2023. She joined the Bar Association in 2018.
