Beatriz Reis Santos
At SÉRVULO since 2026, Beatriz Reis Santos is a lawyer in the TMT department. She attended the course Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare: Applications and Implications in Medical Practice at NOVA School of Law, Universidade Nova de Lisboa, in 2025, and the course Cybersecurity and Crisis Management in Cyberspace at the National Defence Institute and the Military Academy, in 2023. Beatriz Reis Santos concluder her Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Sciences at NOVA School of Law, Universidade Nova de Lisboa, in 2016. Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra in 2014. She was an associate at Telles de Abreu & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados between 2018 and 2026, where she developed her practice with a particular focus on Digital, Data Protection and Cybersecurity matters. She joined the Bar Association since 2018.

Legal advice to national and international clients across a range of business sectors, with a particular focus on the healthcare sector, in the areas of data protection, cybersecurity and information technologies.
Legal advice on data protection and information security matters, including the performance of assessments and the implementation of GDPR compliance measures. Experience in the analysis of systems and technological architectures considering personal data protection regulations, as well as in supporting Data Protection Officers of several clients. Definition of processes for the management of and response to personal data breaches, support in the preparation of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), maintenance of records of processing activities and participation in international projects in this field.
Drafting of privacy and cookie policies, consent collection documents, terms and conditions, as well as negotiation and review of contracts.
