Carlota Januário

At SÉRVULO since June 2026, Carlota Januário is an Associate in the Real Estate, Tourism and Urban Planning department. She focuses her professional activity on Real Estate Law, providing advice on real estate asset acquisition and disposal transactions and on the development of real estate projects, particularly in the residential, office, tourism, retail and urban regeneration sectors. She also has experience in acquisition, financing and restructuring transactions involving companies in the real estate and tourism sectors, as well as in renewable energy projects. Before joining SÉRVULO, she was an Associate at Cuatrecasas, between 2023 and 2026, and began her professional career at CMS Rui Pena & Arnaut, as a trainee lawyer. In 2024, she completed the Postgraduate Programme in Real Estate Law at the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University. She graduated in Law from the same Faculty in 2020 and, between 2018 and 2019, attended the Erasmus programme at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, in Tel Aviv.
