Daniel Castro Neves

At SÉRVULO since 2021, Daniel Castro Neves is a senior associate in the Public Law department. He holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Law and Public Procurement from Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, in 2018, where he also concluded his Graduation in Law, in 2012. He advised Members in the Committee on Constitutional Affairs, in the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs and in the Committee on Budgets, as well as in the Delegation for the relations between the European Union and Brazil, during the 8th and 9th legislative terms of the European Parliament. Daniel Castro Neves was a trainee lawyer at the law firm «Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira & Associados», between 2013 and 2016. He joined the Chamber of Judge Peter J. Messitte at the United States Federal Court for the District of Maryland, in 2012. He is the author of several publications in the area of Public Law. He joined the Bar Association in 2017.
