Gonçalo Sá Gomes
At SÉRVULO in 2024, Gonçalo Sá Gomes is an Associate in the Public Law department. He has been an Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon since 2025, where he teaches several subjects in the field of Public Law, including Administrative Law and Administrative and Tax Litigation. In 2025, he completed a Master's degree in Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal (Lisbon School). He also completed postgraduate studies in Business Law in 2023 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, and in Public Procurement Law and Practice in 2025 at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal (Lisbon School). He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2023. He is the author of several publications in his areas of expertise.
