Mariana Brazão
At SÉRVULO since 2026, Mariana Brazão is a Senior Associate in the Commercial, Corporate and M&A department. Prior to this, she was a Principal Associate in the Corporate and M&A department at Cuatrecasas between 2023 and 2026, having started her professional career at Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins & Associados in 2018. She was also a Guest Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.She holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2018) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Insolvency Law. She has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2021.
Relevant Experience
Extensive experience in legal advice on commercial and corporate law matters, with a particular focus on M&A transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of companies and assets, mergers, and corporate restructurings.
Regularly advises domestic and international clients, including in the food and beverage, agribusiness and tourism sectors, on day-to-day corporate matters and commercial contracts.
