António Cadilha

At SÉRVULO since 2003, António Cadilha is a partner in the Public Law department, having joined the firm as a trainee lawyer. He is certified by the European Academy of Public Law (2009). He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Nova University of Lisbon, in 2003. He joined the Bar Association in 2006.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Solid experience in accompanying administrative processes and in providing legal advice on the setting up and execution of public contracts, as well as in litigation and arbitration procedures related to these matters.

Specific experience in advising on matters related with regulatory and supervisory entities, in both a sector and general context, including in assisting with the processing of administrative procedures and negotiation of contractual arrangements.

Parallel experience in a wide variety of areas of Administrative Law, by preparing legal opinions for a broad selection of public and private entities (co-authored with Professor José Manuel Sérvulo Correia and Professor Rui Medeiros).
