Inês Delgado Martins
At SÉRVULO in 2026, she has been an Associate in the EU and Competition Law department. She completed a Postgraduate Course in Competition Law at King’s College London in 2024. She also holds an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in International Business Law from Tilburg University, obtained in 2021. She graduated in Law from the Lisbon School of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University in 2020.
Prior to joining SÉRVULO, she worked in the EU and Competition Law department of PLMJ Advogados, Sociedade Multidisciplinar, SP, RL, where she was an Associate between 2023 and 2026 and a trainee lawyer between 2021 and 2023. She has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2023.
Relevant Experience
Legal advice to national and international clients on regulatory and competition law matters, including administrative proceedings concerning anti-competitive practices, private enforcement actions, the implementation of competition compliance programmes, the conduct of internal audits, and merger control transactions.
