Eduardo Gonçalves Rodrigues and Joana Leão Anjos speak at a session of the Portuguese Order of Architects

SÉRVULO is taking part in the 4th information session on the new Legal Framework for Urbanisation and Construction (RJUE), organised by the Portuguese Order of Architects, taking place tomorrow, 26 May, at the CCDR Centro Auditorium in Coimbra.
Eduardo Gonçalves Rodrigues, partner in the Real Estate, Tourism and Urban Planning department, and Joana Leão Anjos, associate in the Tax department, will participate as speakers, contributing to the analysis of the main changes introduced by the new framework.
The session will bring together industry professionals and institutional representatives, with the aim of clarifying the key developments of the RJUE and discussing its impact on urban planning practice.
The programme includes presentations on the overall framework of the new regime, its most relevant changes and respective implications, as well as related topics, namely tax measures associated with the housing sector.
