João Saúde comments on the latest developments in arbitration in the energy sector in Portugal

João Saúde, one of the co-head partner of the Litigation and Arbitration department, shared with the international publication Leaders League his vision on the developments in arbitration in the energy sector in Portugal, in an interview published in the "Litigation & Arbitration Guidebook 2021-20212". João Saúde highlights the public and private investment in the energy sector in Portugal and believes that the number of arbitration proceedings will raise, between investor-state and private sector.
