Manuel Henriques delivers training on the first practical impacts of the RJUE amendments

On 20 and 21 October, Manuel Henriques, Partner in the Real Estate, Tourism and Urban Planning practice at SÉRVULO, will lead the training course “New RJUE: First Practical Impacts of the Amendments in Force Since 1 October”, organised by b.law.

 The training will address the recent amendments to the Legal Framework for Urbanisation and Building (RJUE), introduced by Decree-Law No. 108/2026, analysing their first practical impacts following their entry into force. Key topics will include changes to prior control procedures, procedural processing, urban planning fees, real estate transactions and the practical application of the new framework through case studies.

Aimed at professionals in the real estate, urban planning and construction sectors, as well as lawyers, architects, engineers and public decision-makers, the course will be delivered online over a total of six hours.
