Miguel Gorjão-Henriques speaks about problems relating to Golden-shares

In an interview given to Portuguese news agency Lusa, Miguel Gorjão-Henriques, SÉRVULO partner and Competition and EU Law expert, spoke about the special rights that the Portuguese state holds in three companies considered nationally strategic: EDP, Galp and PT. In all three cases said rights are considered controversial and are being contested in cases currently being heard before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
