Sérvulo seminar held today in Ponta Delgada

SÉRVULO held today, June 21, in Ponta Delgada, the seminar entitled "State and Market: autonomous paths in times of crisis." The seminar examines two prominent themes. The first, presented by partner Miguel Gorjão-Henriques, focuses on EU rules on public aid to businesses. The second theme, presented by partner António Teles, seeks to reflect on current developments regarding the legal status of acquisition of companies.

The book "Azores - A Legal Reflection" will be launched following the seminar. This work brings together in one volume all the topics presented at the Conference with the same name, held in 2010, also in Ponta Delgada, and it has some additional thoughts on topics of regional interest.
