In this opinion piece published in the Portuguese business daily Jornal de Negócios, Miguel Gorjão-Henriques, partner of SÉRVULO's Competition and EU Law department, once again comments on the new decree-law that regulates restrictive trade practices. Miguel Gorjão-Henriques states that the new decree doesn't have competition as its main objective, and it ends up not proposing solutions to the problems already existing in trade practices between companies that have a vertical relationship.
