NEWS AND EVENTS 01 Feb 2021

On 11th February, Mercer and SÉRVULO will hold a conference on Executive Remuneration.

The conference will be opened by Diogo Alarcão, CEO of Mercer Portugal, followed by speeches by Luís Vinagre and Tiago Borges, respectively Career Consultant and Career Business Leader of Mercer Portugal, on "Executive Remuneration Trends and the Impact of Covid-19” in relation to the conclusions of the study on policies and practices in Executive Remuneration, finally, there follows the intervention of Paulo Câmara, partner of SÉRVULO's Finance & Governance department, with the theme "Main changes in the regulatory framework concerning executive remunerations".

The main objective of the event is to discuss the impact of Covid-19 on the structure of executive remunerations, the growing focus at European level by shareholders, regulators and company leaders on ESG factors, also highlighting that the regulatory framework on remunerations has undergone important changes, so it is important to understand the respective implications and possible compliance strategies. This session will share the main results of Mercer's study on Executive Remuneration and what measures organisations should implement to comply with the regulations imposed.
