Rita Canas da Silva and João Pinto Ramos at Labour Law Day 2026

On 3 November 2026, Rita Canas da Silva, Partner and Head of SÉRVULO’s Employment Department, and João Pinto Ramos, Consultant in the same department, will participate as speakers at Labour Law Day 2026, organised by the Institute for Human Resources Information (IIRH). The event will take place at the Meliá Lisboa Aeroporto Hotel, with both in-person and online attendance options.

They will speak at the session entitled “Pay Transparency and Equal Pay”, addressing the challenges arising from the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and the new obligations it introduces for companies regarding pay reporting, pay audits and the prevention of pay discrimination.

The conference will bring together leading specialists, lawyers and human resources professionals to discuss key developments and current challenges in employment law and labour compliance, including pay transparency, artificial intelligence in HR management, remote working, labour compliance and the termination of employment contracts.
