Rodrigo Barreiros Ferreira comments on new AI Act transparency requirements in interview with TVI

During the interview, the SÉRVULO lawyer explained that these requirements apply to any professional creating content with the support of artificial intelligence tools, stressing the need for clear and transparent disclosure. As he noted, “it will be necessary to identify, in a transparent manner, that the content has been created or modified using AI.”

These new requirements form part of the regulatory framework established by the AI Act, reinforcing transparency in the use of artificial intelligence systems and helping to promote greater trust in information and services made available through these technologies.
