SÉRVULO integrates TMT, Digital, Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Protection team.
 
From January, SÉRVULO will integrate the team led by Pedro Vidigal Monteiro and Ana Ferreira Neves. This integration represents an important step in the consolidation of SÉRVULO in the areas of Digital, Privacy, Data Protection, Cybersecurity and TMT. The experience, strategic vision and leadership skills of this team are part of a move to strengthen the firm in strategic and transactional areas, highlights Manuel Magalhães, Managing Partner at Sérvulo & Associados.

With over 20 years of experience, Pedro Vidigal Monteiro works in the areas of TMT, Data Protection, Privacy and Cybersecurity. A partner at Telles since 2020, he practised law in Mozambique between 2003 and 2007 and has published several articles on foreign investment in Africa in specialist international journals.He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (1998), a postgraduate degree in Public Contracts from the same institution, and a postgraduate degree in Taxation from the Instituto Superior de Ciências Técnicas Empresariais - ISCTE/Overgest, as well as a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property from the Portuguese Association of Intellectual Law.
 
Ana Ferreira Neves has been working on issues related to digital technology, privacy and cybersecurity. A partner at Telles since 2025, she was a senior associate at Garrigues between 2010 and 2022 and a senior associate at Leónidas, Matos & Associados between 2001 and 2010. Ana Ferreira Neves holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Lisbon and also has postgraduate degrees in Digital Services Regulation, e-commerce and Commercial Law.
 
Marta de Jesus Teixeira has been working in the areas of Digital, Privacy and Cybersecurity as an associate at Telles since 2023. She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2019) and a master's degree in business law.
 
An associate at Telles since 2025, Marco Dias Vieira works in the areas of TMT and digital, privacy and cybersecurity.  He was an intern at BAS and Miranda and also an intern at Andersen Tax & Legal between 2021 and 2023. He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2019) and also has an advanced postgraduate degree in Arbitration Law.
 
Rodrigo Barreiros Ferreira works in the areas of TMT and Digital, Privacy and Cybersecurity. An associate at Telles since 2025, he was an Account Manager at Beyond Coordinate (2024), Legal Consultant at Vision D (2023 – 2024) and an Intellectual Property intern at Inventa (2023). He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University (2022) and also has a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property and a Master's degree in Executive Production of Audiovisual Content from UNIE – The Core Entertainment Science School in Madrid (2024–2025).
 
An associate at Telles since 2018, Beatriz Reis Santos has been working in the area of Digital, Privacy and Cybersecurity. She was an intern at ABC Legal (2016 - 2018) and Arbitrare (2015). She holds a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (2014) and is currently attending the Advanced Course in Cybersecurity and Cyberspace Law at the University of Lisbon and the Military Academy. She also holds a Master's degree in Business Law.
 
With the integration of this team, SÉRVULO now has 37 partners, a total of more than 130 lawyers, and more than 160 employees.
