NEWS AND EVENTS 24 Jun 2026

SÉRVULO will participate in the Procurement Conference, organised by SPMS – Shared Services of the Department of Health, which will take place on 30 June in Lisbon.

The event will bring together, both in person and online, representatives from Local Health Units across the country, providing a forum for reflection and discussion on the key challenges associated with public procurement in the healthcare sector.

Paula Bordalo Faustino, Of Counsel at SÉRVULO’s Public Law department, will take part as a speaker in the panel dedicated to Perspectives on the revision of the Public Contracts Code, alongside other experts in the field.

The conference programme also includes sessions focused on innovation in public procurement, the expansion of healthcare procurement to other sectors, and the analysis of the economic impact of inaction, with contributions from a range of leading public and private entities.

The opening session will be led by the Secretary of State for Health Management, followed by a series of thematic panels and institutional interventions aimed at fostering further discussion on the evolution of public procurement within the healthcare system.
