Paula Bordalo Faustino
At SÉRVULO since 2003, Paula Bordalo Faustino is an Of Counsel in the Public Law department. She holds a PhD in Law from the University of Nottingham (UK) and a Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. She is a member of the Public Procurement Research Group at the School of Law of the University of Nottingham, where she has been teaching on the Executive Master’s Programme in Public Procurement since 2010. Visiting Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University. She was a member of the Working Group responsible for drafting the Portuguese Public Contracts Code between 2005 and 2007. Regular speaker at seminars and conferences organised by several European law schools in her field of expertise. She is Vice-President of APMEP – Portuguese Association of Public Markets (2024–2028), as well as member of the United Kingdom Procurement Lawyers’ Association. She joined the Bar Association in 2004.
